These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website coaches.jigsawthinking.com and all coaching, advisory and related services offered through it.
This website is owned and operated by Empactful Experiences (OPC) Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at 143/144 Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head, Haralur Main Road, Bangalore, Karnataka 560103, India. Empactful Experiences (OPC) Private Limited operates under the brand name Jigsaw Thinking.
In these Terms, “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Empactful Experiences (OPC) Private Limited. “You”, “your” and “Client” refer to the individual or entity accessing this website or purchasing our services.
By accessing this website, booking a consultation, or enrolling in a programme, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website or purchase our services.
Relationship to the Client Coaching Agreement. Every coaching engagement is governed by a separate Client Coaching Agreement signed by both parties, together with its Annexure A. Where these Terms and a signed Client Coaching Agreement differ, the signed Agreement prevails in respect of that engagement. These Terms govern your use of this website and apply to all visitors and prospective clients.
We provide professional one to one business coaching to founders and entrepreneurs, delivered as a structured long term engagement.
A standard engagement includes:
We offer the following standard engagement structures:

Frequency |
Sessions per year

Monthly Coaching |
Once per month |
12 |
|
Fortnightly Coaching |
Twice per month |

Custom structures, including short form programmes of 3 to 6 sessions, may be offered at our discretion and are recorded in Annexure A of your Client Coaching Agreement.
Your assigned coach, session frequency, total session count, engagement dates and fee are set out in Annexure A. Services outside that scope require a separate written agreement.
Our services are advisory in nature. We provide guidance, structure and accountability. We do not provide legal, financial, taxation, investment, medical or psychological advice, and nothing communicated during an engagement should be treated as such.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are enrolling on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that entity.
Enrolment typically begins with a consultation call. Following that call we may issue a proposal setting out the recommended plan, the coach we would assign, and the fee.
Your engagement is confirmed when the Client Coaching Agreement is signed by both parties and payment is received. Submission of a booking request or completion of a payment does not by itself create an engagement.
The engagement commences on the date the Agreement is signed by both parties and continues for twelve (12) months unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to decline any enrolment at our discretion. Where we decline after receiving payment, the full amount paid is refunded.
All fees are quoted and payable in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST and other statutory levies, which are charged in addition at the applicable rate and shown separately on your invoice.
The fee and payment schedule applicable to your engagement are set out in your Client Coaching Agreement and its Annexure A, and are confirmed to you in writing before the Agreement is executed. Invoices are to be settled within 7 calendar days of issue.
Prices listed on this website are current at the time of publication and may be revised without notice. The fee applicable to you is the fee recorded in Annexure A, and it does not change during the term of your engagement.
Payments made through this website are processed through CCAvenue, an RBI authorised payment aggregator. Payments may also be made by NEFT, RTGS or IMPS bank transfer against an invoice issued by us.
We do not collect, store or process your card number, CVV or net banking credentials at any point. All card and banking data is captured and handled entirely by the payment gateway on its PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
A tax invoice is issued for every payment received. You are responsible for ensuring the billing details you provide, including name, address, GSTIN where applicable, email and telephone number, are accurate and complete.
If a payment fails or is declined, no engagement is created and no service obligation arises on our part. Where an amount is debited but the transaction is not confirmed, please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first raising the matter with us in writing and allowing us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it.
Sessions are scheduled by agreement between you and your assigned coach.
Where we or your coach need to reschedule, an alternative slot is offered at no cost and the session is not deducted.
Unused sessions lapse at the end of the engagement period recorded in Annexure A and are not carried forward or refunded, unless the delay is attributable to us.
Pauses are not ordinarily permitted. Any pause agreed by both parties in writing may not exceed 60 consecutive days.
Coaching is delivered by coaches engaged by us. Your assigned coach and relationship manager are named in Annexure A.
We reserve the right to reassign your coach where operationally required, including coach unavailability or capacity constraints. Where we do so, we will inform you promptly in writing, brief the replacement coach with your full context and session history, and offer you the opportunity to meet them before sessions resume. A reassignment does not entitle you to a refund.
You may request a coach change by written request. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate it, subject to coach availability.
Coaches are not provided on a white label basis. Jigsaw Thinking operates as a branded coaching platform and you acknowledge that the engagement is with Jigsaw Thinking rather than with an individual coach.
You agree to:
Where the Client is a company, the founder is the single point of contact with Jigsaw Thinking for the duration of the engagement.
You agree not to make your own recording of any session by audio or video, and not to permit any person who is not a party to the engagement to attend or observe a session, without our prior written consent.
Sessions may be recorded and transcribed by us for quality assurance, session notes and continuity. Access to recordings and transcripts is restricted to you, your assigned coach, and Jigsaw Thinking team members directly responsible for your engagement.
Recordings and transcripts are not shared with any third party without your explicit written consent, other than as permitted under Clause 11.
Recordings and transcripts are the intellectual property of Jigsaw Thinking and are retained by us for the duration of the engagement and thereafter.
We treat information you share during an engagement with the same confidentiality standard as a professional advisory relationship, recognising that coaching involves candid discussion of business challenges, strategic decisions and personal concerns.
We will not disclose that information except to your assigned coach, to personnel who need it to administer your engagement, or where disclosure is required by law or by a competent authority.
You agree to treat the frameworks, materials and methodologies shared with you as confidential and not to disclose them to third parties.
Confidentiality does not extend to information that is already public, that you disclose publicly yourself, or that indicates an intention to cause serious harm to yourself or another person.
We may publicly acknowledge the existence of a coaching relationship, for example on this website or in marketing materials, limited to confirming the association without disclosing session content.
We use session clips, testimonials and client outcomes across our marketing channels on the following terms:
Participation in a written or video case study or testimonial is voluntary and requires separate written consent.
You are invited to refer other founders to us. For each referral that results in a signed and paid coaching engagement, you receive a 10% commission on the first deal closed. Commission is applied as a credit against your next renewal or paid out as separately agreed in writing.
Coaching outcomes depend substantially on your own circumstances, decisions, execution and market conditions, all of which are outside our control.
We make no representation, warranty or guarantee of any specific business result, revenue figure, growth rate, profit, funding outcome or personal outcome. Case studies, testimonials and examples describe the experience of specific clients and are not a promise or projection of results for any other client.
All decisions you take remain your own. You are solely responsible for the commercial, legal, financial and tax consequences of decisions you make during or after an engagement.
All content on this website and all frameworks, tools, worksheets, templates, methodologies and other proprietary material shared during an engagement remain the intellectual property of Empactful Experiences (OPC) Private Limited or its licensors, and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable law.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own business purposes. Reproduction, redistribution, adaptation or commercial use is not permitted without our prior written consent, and you may not use them to deliver coaching, training or advisory services to any third party.
Session recordings, transcripts and any content derived from coaching sessions are also our intellectual property, may be retained by us indefinitely, and may be used in accordance with Clause 11.
The Jigsaw Thinking name, logo and associated marks are our property and may not be used without our prior written consent.
All fees paid are non-refundable and the engagement cannot be terminated mid-cycle by either party. The limited circumstances in which a refund is issued are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may suspend delivery of sessions where an agreed instalment remains unpaid for more than 15 days past its due date.
We may terminate an engagement with immediate effect where you breach these Terms or the Client Coaching Agreement materially, or where your conduct towards our personnel or coaches is abusive, threatening or unlawful. No refund is payable in either case.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your engagement, whether in contract, tort, statute or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by you to us for that engagement.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill or data, however arising.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Empactful Experiences (OPC) Private Limited, its director, employees, coaches and contractors against any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our materials, or your unlawful use of our services.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic, government restriction, civil unrest, war, strike, or failure of telecommunications, banking or payment infrastructure. Affected sessions are rescheduled at no cost. If such an event persists for more than 30 days, either party may terminate without liability for the affected period.
This website may link to third party websites and services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy and data handling practices. Access is at your own risk.
Amendments. Any modification to a Client Coaching Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
Severability. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Entire agreement. The Client Coaching Agreement together with Annexure A constitutes the entire understanding between the parties in respect of an engagement and supersedes all prior discussions.
Changes to these Terms. We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect from the date it is published on this page and the “Last updated” date is amended accordingly. Changes do not affect the commercial terms of an engagement already confirmed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree first to attempt resolution through good faith discussion within 15 days of written notice.
If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English before a sole arbitrator jointly appointed by both parties.
